The Chaos of Depression – Moving through the Shadows of Depression with Zach Rutledge

Calming the Chaos welcomes Zack Rutledge, M.A.to a Live Podcast on YouTube. Zack is an ACE Certified Trainer, Fitness Nutrition Specialist and Brain Health Trainer. Zack is also a black belt in Karate, and has practiced Yoga for over 10 years.

In this interview, Zack will share his stories about how he has struggled with depression, and about how he moved from a dark part of his life into understanding and coping with depression. He also talks about a book he has written, called “The Official Depression Relief Playbook.” Zack and Tracy will also be answering questions from the live chat!
